So at work we have implemented employee of the month. Everyone on the crew (apart from me) votes on who it is. Those was brought about to build comradery and get everyone working together. Instructions were to vote for who shows up consistently, helps everyone around them and is an all around great team player. The first round was tight but I’m pleased to to announce that Mikey is our first winner of $500. What can we say about Mike. We’ve worked together our whole lives and he’s the best friend a guy can ask for. Great job Mike you earned it
