An FYI for everyone. A couple or three weeks ago, our tool trailer was broken into and about 14k worth of tools was stolen. we have everything engraved. If anyone happens to see any tools with JL Construction engraved on it, or my phone number 7789889600, please let me know.

We are a Renovations Company looking to add to our team.

Looking for skilled individuals.

We do everything from decks and fences, all the way up to large scale remodels of Homes, and everything in between.

This position is for an individual well versed in most aspects of remodeling. They will be responsible to manage 1-2 projects from start to finish, and have 1-2 full time crew to execute all aspects of the projects.

Performance Expectations:

Liaising with supervisors to provide direction and support to workers so as to achieve set goals and maximize profit and efficiency.
Assisting with co-ordination, management and scheduling of particular activities to ensure that equipment and resources are efficiently utilized to meet production outcomes.
The right candidate should be able to perform the following:

Basic Carpentry and framing
Flooring installation
Siding and soffit installation
Door and window installation
Some drywall and painting skill
Finishing carpentry
Qualifications

Problem solving
Strong communication skills
Ability to follow direction
Honesty and reliability
Positive attitude
Willingness to learn and adapt

Depending on experience, the position we are looking to fill offers an hourly wage between $18-37.50/hour
