5472 Godfrey Road.

The boys got all the foundation poured, and here we are now stripping the foundation forms.

Quickly moving into the sealant and foundation tar.

Exterior piping for the rain litres and water gardens are now in progress.

Now comes the bedding sand and piping.

Machines are flying at it, all followed up by the exterior backfill.

Quickly moving into the interior.

Up next, with under slab plumbing, radon piping, and concrete slab preparations.

Kicking things off with a Big old shoutout to Tim and the crew at Timber Rock Concrete Forming — these guys absolutely crushed it.

From clean forming to a flawless setup, they had this site locked in and ready to roll.

Then came the big one…
A full-scale, one-day pour — posts, walls, everything — all done in a single push, 72 Cubic yards!! That’s how we like to do it.

Huge thanks to Island Concrete Pumping for bringing in the big pump and keeping that concrete flowing steady all day long.

And of course, Heidelberg Concrete Supply — delivering top-tier mud that showed up ready to perform.

Next up — under-slab prep, piping, and backfill…
and we’re just getting warmed up.

From a full strip-out to a fully built dental office 🦷

We’re on site at our newest tenant improvement project, currently framing out all interior steel stud walls and drop ceilings.

Things are moving fast here at 5472 Godfrey Road. Footings are in—framed, poured, and locked in solid.

We’re now pushing ahead with the foundation walls, and you can really start to see this project take shape.

Once the forms are stripped next week, we roll straight into under-slab prep. After the slab is poured and cured, we’ll be backfilling and dialing in all elevations across the property.

No slowdowns, no wasted time—just steady progress and another step closer to bringing this build to life.

Meet Scott — Our New Commercial Site Foreman

We’re excited to welcome Scott to the DAM GOOD Drywall & Insulation crew. 💪

Scott brings years of hands-on commercial experience and has worked across every part of the trade — from boarding and taping to steel stud framing and T-bar systems. As our new Commercial Site Foreman, he’ll be helping lead our commercial projects, keep crews organized, and ensure jobs run smoothly from start to finish.

His goal? Bring his expertise to the team and help deliver solid, high-quality work on every project.
