Normally, it is not newsworthy to report that we bought a new chainsaw; that is just a regular part of running the business.
This, however, is our first mid-sized electric chainsaw.
For years we have been actively electrifying our operations and trying to reduce our dependence on fossil fuels. We have been using electric topping saws, hedge trimmers, line trimmers, and pole saws for years already. The one gap in the market has been large chainsaws. We are excited to try out this new model and see how it performs!

Blaise showed his skill this week by safely bringing down 2 hazard trees.
Pictures here is a Douglas fir that had been dead for at least 2 years. We had been in contact with the owners and finally got the green light to mitigate the risk.
This is a good example of the safe part of safe, healthy, and attractive trees. 🌳🌲🌳

This fir tree was in a tight spot between two houses. Joe safely sent all the branches and wood down into the drop zone.
