Thank you very much for the kind words and for helping promote Amped Up Electric Napanee INC. It is amazing when small businesses owners work together to help each other succeed and grow. I know our community is very excited to see The Blue Door Bakery & Cafe open in Tamworth. I can tell you first hand how passionate Whitney Evans is about bringing her services to Stone Mills and people will not be disappointed when they see all the hard work, that she, her family and team are going through to make this possible. Thank you for choosing Tamworth, for purchasing one of the existing buildings and bringing it to life. All local businesses and residents benefit from her dedication and hard work.

With things moving quickly at our new space I figured it was time to start giving credit where credit is due!

This Reno has been a steep learning curve for me and James and his team have been patient and kind answering any questions I have had (and there have been a lot). On top of that they work efficiently and neatly! I have felt grateful for the guidance and support given from day one of this endeavour.

I am so excited to show you guys what they have done to tidy up our space and give it that warm well lit cozy feeling.

First time showing the electrical in my new kitchen. If you notice, there are no plugs on either side of my stove. That is because they are mounted to the bottom of my cupboards, keeping the back splash nice and clean. On the other side, we have floating shelves and choose black devices so that they will blend in with the tile. We have 3k ribbon lights but will change them to 4k to blend in with the rest of the lights. My wife wanted glass on the top cupboards, and the puck lights allow us to highlight objects within the cupboards.

I am so very thankful for this award. When I was told Amped Up Electric Inc was nominated for the award, I felt that there was no way we would win, considering who we were up against. But, because of my amazing clients who nominated us, my hardworking, dedicated crew, and my friends and family, we were recognized for the service we provide our clients. It is very challenging, stressful, and demanding running a business, and I won't lie, there have been times I have asked myself why. Why not go and work for someone else, collect my paycheck, and just go home at normal hours with no worries. And then you have these moments that wash all that stress away, at least until the next challenging comes along, and that is exactly what this award did. Thank you to Lennox & Addington Chamber Of Commerce for the great meal, for highlighting and promoting local businesses and for putting on the awards. To all the other local businesses, I thank you for your hard work. And to anyone else that is considering opening a small business, I strongly recommend you do. It is the small businesses that help form our communities through employment and sponsoring local charities and events.
