Hard work looks different when you’re learning it for the first time.

This week at Sinclair General Contracting, we brought on a co-op student to help him earn his credits and get real hands-on experience in the trades.

No coffee runs. No standing around watching.

He’s learning:
• Surface prep
• Tile layout and spacing
• Adhesive application
• Attention to detail
• Job site cleanliness and safety

School teaches theory. The job site teaches responsibility, problem-solving, and pride in workmanship.

The trades need young people who are willing to learn. If I can pass on knowledge while building quality work for clients, that’s a win on both sides.

Appreciate the effort and focus this week. Everyone starts somewhere.

Completed an interior upgrade including a new partition wall, electrical modifications, and finish work.
