A meeting was held August 5th with 4 members attending! I know it's a hard time with all the wild fires and life happening, hopefully everyone is safe and sound! There was a few things talked about but nothing set in stone till a later date. We shall have another meeting in a few weeks! The number of households on the Miller's Hill Well has gone from 22 early January to 16 to date! The light bill is up to $1200 with 6 more to come with only $1920 coming in, if everyone pays! There is an issue with a few households still not paying, so what to do with them, WHY SHOULD THEY HAVE FREE WATER, it's only $120. a year-($10. a month)? If there's a major repair bill there's not enough money to cover it, bills may increase! We also need someone as a go to to when there are problems with leaks and repairs , Dave is finished as a go to! If you have any questions or suggestions please feel free to message!

There was another leak fixed yesterday! There will be a meeting held at Point Contracting office Tuesday August 5th @730 pm! We hope everyone on this well attends! THE FUTURE OF THIS WELL IS IN YOUR HANDS< PLEASE ATTEND!

WATER IS BEING SHUT OFF TOMORROW JUNE 27 TO HELP THE WATER TO BUILD UP! COULD HAVE ISSUES THROUGH OUT THE DAY. make sure you draw off some water!!!

We have lost the water completely on several occasions. The well is being drained from over usage and not getting a chance to build up from normal usage. This will continue as long as we misuse it! Little bits of rain we are having is NOT enough to help any wells! If you have POOLS AND OR HOT TUBS you need another source of water, plain and simple, common sense!!

THERE IS A LEAK IN THE LINE SOMEWHERE. THERE MAY BE ISSUES FOR THE NEXT COUPLE DAYS UNTIL IT IS FIXED!

With our dry season upon us please conserve our water supply! There should be NO FILLING of POOLS OR HOT TUBS or EXTRA LAWN WATERING! Just use for everyday household usage! Thank you! There are a few people who still haven't paid last years or this years water fees, please bring up to date or make arrangements for payments!

Good morning folks! It's another beautiful day! Isn't it wonderful to be able to turn on a tap , when there's no leaks, and receive water! Just a friendly reminder $120. a year fees are due! There are a few people who are not paid up, please bring your account up to date! Thank you to everyone who have already paid their fees. These fees are for replacing leaky main lines, monthly light bills, repairs to pump house and all equipment, which like everything, is not cheap! To date we are still owed $1220. in unpaid fees!

ATTENTION: we have been notified the water is slow and sometimes gone! Dave will check out a possible leak tomorrow, as it s too dark now to be looking/working at it. In the mean time, please DO NOT leave your water on so your lines can't freeze! All you're doing is draining the well, next thing there will be NO WATER!
