~Leak repair~

We installed a low slope roof for our client. The substrate surface was removed and repaired with T&G 5/8" OSB. We prepped our base sheet, then added our cap sheet and stepflashing. Finished up with tying in under architectural ashphault shingles. The gutters were checked and cleaned. New drip edges were utilized.

Some Rim Joist Repairs By The Lake After A 3rd Party House Lift. Re-Re W/ 2"x10"x12" Treated. (2 Of 4 Sides) Installed 2 Exterior Customer Supplied Vinyl Doors.

It Took The Squeak Right Out Of The Floor!!

Corners were GPS located and confirmed square. One large 14' engendered concrete wall. Made for a great end product.
