Closing this page. My breeding program was tremendously successful and I cannot keep up to the little buggies. I am closing and not selling any more bugs. I will be selling isopodshowever. They are much more fun and breed much slower.

These are dairy cow Isopods a larger variety of isopod that are the most commonly available for bio active enclosures. I am feeding them a diet of ☠️ superworms and black soldier flies. A bit of sweet potatoes also. They also are going to have some bearded dragon p**p. They are a clean up crew after all. These are already loaded with babies underneath of them. This habitat should grow very quickly. They will eventually go to homes and work as a very effective cleaning system for larger reptiles. They love the room Inhave given them. I can’t wait to see how they grow.

My darkling beetles are doing amazing. I have about 500 currently growing and breeding. I will have lots of mealworms available. I can also sell some beetles If you want your own colony.

So patiently waiting for my new beetles to open up. Each female will lay about 500 eggs. I got about 1,000. So in a couple weeks I will have 500,000 mealworms. The week after that… another 500,000. The week after that 5 million, give it take a couple. Anyone need any mealworms?

I am so excited to find my meal worms are pupating so well. They are doing amazing. I have about 1,000 pupates going into the beetle stage right now. After spending three hours separating them I am ready for them to just open up. They are the cutest and each female should produce 500 eggs very easily. These are the larvae of the dark long beetle, there are hundreds of varieties of dark long beetles however. Mealworms love flour, wheat, oats and bran. They like to have a bit of veggies on the side. These guys really look me pears and apples I have noticed.

My first Bery beautiful hummingbird moth. He is drying off his wings and needs to recoupe his energy then he can fly and drink his sweet nectar. He was in pupae for three weeks time. Waiting for a couple more and maybe I can get some eggs. They have a short life span they could live anywhere from only a couple hours to a week or two. I wish he would live forever. It was so much effort to get to this point.
