Staying in a home built over 500 years ago — with parts dating back to ancient Roman times (2,000+ years!).
Every corner feels like a time capsule. The views from this bedroom are incomparable — private views of the gullies that look like natural works of art.

Some parts of this home are original, others carefully preserved — all to give you the rare experience of being fully immersed in history.
That means a few comforts were sacrificed: tuff-stone walls naturally release a bit of dust, and the electrical system is exposed to avoid damaging the ancient structure.
But that’s exactly what makes this place unforgettable.

Our heartfelt condolences to the Colanari family and the Cotton family. Michael Colanari was the founder of Cotton. His vision and passion laid the very foundation of what Cotton has become — a legacy built on hard work, innovation, and an unshakable belief in possibility.

Michael’s commitment to excellence inspired all who worked with him. He wasn’t just a leader — he was a mentor, a dreamer, and someone who led by example every single day. His impact stretched far beyond business; he believed in people, in community, and in lifting others as he climbed.

To his family, friends, and everyone in the Cotton family — we mourn with you. We share in this loss. And we honor his memory by continuing the work he started: by striving for greatness, by caring for one another, and by never losing sight of the bigger purpose behind it all.
