This was a fun one, Previous contractor installed this floor with no support beams with a span of 20 feet. We went in there ripped out all the old floor and added in two beam systems also added 1inch styrofoam and insulation in beetween the joist and used 3/4inch tongue and grove plywood for the new floor.
