Which bedroom layout do you look for in a home? Split bedrooms like in our Kingsford 3 model or do you prefer to group them together like our Foxdale model? 🤔

The split version is very popular - master and ensuite on one side of the house, with the other two bedrooms on the opposite side of the home and living area in the middle. It's also a great idea to have your own space as the kids grow up. 😉😄

Do you have specific ideas on what you want your dream ensuite to look like? Does it have a stone floor, tiled walls, a bench, a unique niche, panel & pivot glass doors, a bidet or undercabinet lighting? Well, if you have Western build your new home, you can do WHATEVER you want! 😱😄

As a true Custom Builder, YOU tell us what you want your home to include, we don't tell you. You will visit our suppliers and select all your interior products. The Hampton 2 is an excellent model for someone looking for great curb appeal and backyard entertaining. A beautiful ranch style home with the living room on the front, great layout, a large walkthrough pantry, 3 bedrooms and 1939 sq.ft. At almost 65' wide, it will need a good size lot to put it on.
