Big day out in the field for the Ridgeline team! 👷‍♂️

We recently had the opportunity to host 14 students from Huntsville School as part of the Career Transitions EPIC Business Tour at the Jumbo Valley Colony Dairy Barn project.

Students got a behind-the-scenes look at what a career in construction really looks like — from project management and estimating to concrete forming and steel building er****on. It’s one thing to hear about these careers in a classroom, and another to stand right on an active job site and see it all come together.

We wrapped up the tour with a friendly (but competitive) skills challenge using power tools… and yes, there may have been a few Tim “The Tool Man” style grunts thrown in there — “uhh uhh uhh!” 🔧😄
