To Our Valued Customers, Friends, and Community,

It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of our founder, Kenneth “Ken” Sawarin.

Ken built Eaves Plus from the ground up with hard work, honesty, and a genuine commitment to doing right by every customer. More than just a business owner, he was a mentor, a friend, and the kind of person who would always lend a hand when someone needed it.

His legacy lives on in the values he instilled and the reputation he worked so hard to earn. As we move forward, we remain committed to providing the same quality workmanship and dependable service that Ken was so proud to stand behind.

We are deeply grateful for the kindness, support, and condolences our family has received during this difficult time. Thank you for being part of the Eaves Plus story and for helping us honor the man who started it all.

Rest easy, Ken. Your work here is done, but your impact will never be forgotten. ❤️

We’re officially open for the season!! 🙌

Eaves Plus is back and ready to get rolling for another year. If you’ve been waiting to book in, now’s the time to reach out and get on the schedule.

Also, our original Eaves Plus phone number is officially back with us, so you can once again reach us at the same number as before.

We’re getting close to kicking off the season and are hoping to be up and running within the next week or so, weather permitting. As we step into this new season, we’re also working on bringing our original phone number back — we’re purchasing it from Ken, so you’ll be able to reach us the same way as before very soon.

With that change, we want to mention that while many of you are used to hearing Ken’s voice on the other end, he won’t be answering calls this season. We’ve brought on someone new who will be taking calls and helping keep everything running smoothly!

Things have been moving a little slower than usual as we navigate Ken’s recent diagnosis, and we truly appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding during this time. We’re looking forward to getting back out there and taking care of your homes again very soon!
