❄️🚜 Gateway Snow is Hiring for the 2026–2027 Winter Season
We’re looking for dependable individuals to join our team as Residential Snow Operators this winter.
Our operators are an important part of the service we provide, and we’re looking for people who take pride in doing a good job, can be counted on when it matters, and want to be part of a positive, professional team environment.
Experience is an asset, but it isn’t everything. We care more about reliability, a willingness to learn, and someone who genuinely puts effort into becoming better at the job. We provide the equipment, technology and training to help the right people succeed.
What we offer:
🚜 Modern, heated cab tractors
💰 Starting wages of $30/hour
⏱️ 420 paid hours guaranteed for the season

This is a retainer-style seasonal position, meaning your guaranteed pay is not dependent on how much it snows. In exchange, operators are expected to maintain reliable availability and report for scheduled snow events throughout the winter.
