This project required a year and a half to achieve these splendid results. We commenced in November 2024 by clearing the existing landscape, retaining only the rhododendron in the center. To minimize waste, we repurposed the existing river rock. This involved carefully lifting, cleaning, adding landscape fabric, and then repositioning it. As winter concluded, we began preparing for planting. While initially the area may appear somewhat sparse, it is essential to design with the plants' mature growth in mind, rather than their first-year appearance. This approach was adopted, and we eagerly anticipate observing the landscape's development over the next three years.

Our beautiful strata maintenance site. We do our best to take good care of it. If you saw how it used to look when we took it over, you'd be just as protective haha. Lawns are nice and green again, gardens have order, weeds are under control, trees are pruned, hedges are shaped. Now comes the crazy late spring growth. This is usually when things start to get hard to stay on top of.
