One of the best hot tub cover solutions we've come across - the Visionlift Boomerang by Ultralift Cover Lifter Systems.
Hot tub covers are a pain point for a lot of clients. They're often heavy/awkward, and the lifters that come standard usually leave the cover sticking up behind the tub blocking your view.
This one has dual gas shocks which make it light enough to open with one hand, and it tucks the cover behind the tub so you keep a relatively clean 360° sightline.

For anyone curious about specs and clearance requirements, here's the info pulled directly from the Ultralift website:

VISIONLIFT BOOMERANG COVER LIFTER

* Aluminum brackets
* Galvanized arms
* 110lb dual gas shocks
* Positions cover fully behind hot tub
* Max cover width: 98"
* Clearance required: 20" from the back & 5" on the side (24" if your cover is thicker)
* Clearance for raised-back spa lip: 24–28" & 5" on the side
* Cover rests on the ground - Visionlift pads available
