I recently got an email from a client asking if we can still fit them in this exterior painting season.
Yes, we have room for a few exterior projects before we enter the next season.
Often, we get so busy enjoying summer that we forget to lap their home for seasonal maintenance.
Even if you need to take photos to zoom in, it is important, as water ingress is real for our area. Look for cracked caulking, peeling paint and open corners if you have siding.
The photo is pretty obvious and should have been done years ago.
Of course, quotes are free and can be done virtually or in person.
My goal is to always educate people so they can make an informed decision.
