We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our growing team! You will perform administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Responsibilities:

-Must be fluent in both English and Vietnamese
-Answer inbound telephone calls and emails
-Schedule sales appointments, project start dates, and service calls
-Research product and market data
-Develop and implement filing systems
-Record and update standard operating procedures
-Basic bookkeeping tasks such as digitizing and categorizing receipts, invoices, etc.
-Participate in business development initiatives
-Assist in all business functions (marketing, sales, operations, accounting, HR, etc.)

Qualifications:

-Must be fluent in both English and Vietnamese
-High school diploma or greater
-Previous experience in office administration, or the roofing/construction industry is an asset
-Proficiency in Word and Excel
-Creative and able to work independently
-Knowledge or experience with graphic design, web design (WordPress), SEO, social media, business automation, CRM, or any other software/tools relevant to business development is an asset
-Job title and compensation are based on knowledge, skillset and contribution
