Another roof completed.

This customer chose to move forward with all of our recommended improvements to qualify for our 20-year workmanship warranty and maximize the life of the roofing system.

The project included CertainTeed Landmark shingles, CertainTeed WinterGuard ice and water shield protection, new Maximum vents, new counter flashings, new step flashings, new parapet firewall flashings, proper valley transitions, and the removal and relocation of improperly positioned roof vents to improve attic airflow.

We also completed a full attic inspection and upgraded the insulation to improve overall roof and attic performance.

A roof is only as good as the system behind it, and this one was done right from the deck up.

Shingle roof overlay completed with double strapping, breathable underlayment, upgraded ridge vent ventilation, and a 25-gauge exposed fastener metal roofing system installed for long-term durability and proper airflow.

New flat roof built to last 30+ years on this 3-storey Toronto home.
Stripped it down, replaced damaged boards, sealed it tight with vapour barrier, added insulation and pro board, then finished with a full SOPREMA base and cap system. Tied everything together with new custom steel flashings so water has nowhere to go but off the roof. Clean, solid, long-term work.

Flat roof done right. Tapered ISO installed for proper slope, Soprema vapour barrier, Soprema base and cap system, plus the eavestrough and roof edge adjusted so water flows the way it’s supposed to. Clean drainage, proper detail work, no shortcuts.

Muskoka cottage work isn’t your typical walk-up job

Custom roof hatch install, fully framed and tied into the torch-on system. We opened the roof, corrected the slope, rebuilt the soffit, and lined everything up perfectly with the balcony access. Clean, solid, winter-proof work — the way it should be.
