The crew that worked on our roof only took one long day to re-shingled our roof. The crew’s attention to details was excellent! The whole process took only two weeks and most of that time was due to weather delays. We are very satisfied with our new roof, thanks guys."

The job was completed on schedule, and the team provided clear photos of the finished work, which was appreciated. Great review from Suzie... "I needed to get my insulation removed and replaced, it was since 1981 as well the roof vents replaced as squirrels bit through them. I decided to try home stars and came across an amazing Canadian Based company. Fanattics. From start to finish Cole the owner reached out to me immediately and got a reasonable quote for me. He thoroughly explained the whole process and before I knew it I had an appointment for the service. I met part of his team, Madan and Devonte, these two professionals were very hard working, knowledgable and polite. They had the whole job wrapped up for me in under a day and a half. They ensured everything was clean and explained every step of the way, sometimes even before I could ask a question. I highly recommend Fanattics for your next roofing, attic or insulation project. Great review from Jason... "I recently had a great experience with Fanattics and wanted to share a review for anyone dealing with attic insulation or ice damming issues.

I originally called because we were experiencing ice damming, and Richard came out to inspect the attic. He was extremely respectful, knowledgeable, and easygoing. He took the time to explain what was happening in the attic, why it was causing the ice buildup, and what the proper fixes were. I really appreciated that he didn’t pressure anything, he simply gave clear advice and answered all of my questions.

The following week, Desmond and Cole came out to complete the work. They were professional, well-trained, and very efficient. They sealed the attic hatch to stop air leaks, addressed some minor mold remediation, installed proper bath roof vents with insulated ducts, ensured baffles were installed in every slot, expanded the vent openings to the correct size, and topped up the attic insulation to R60. They also added weatherstripping and sealed major air gaps to improve airflow and efficiency.

On top of that, they included a free solar attic fan, which was a really nice bonus and should help keep the attic ventilated moving forward.

The whole team was very informative throughout the process, the work was completed efficiently, and the price was very reasonable for the scope of work completed.

The only minor issue was when the team was backing up the truck into our driveway they broke one of the branches on our maple tree. That being said it was a big truck and tight spot so I forgive them haha Tree should still be fine once Spring comes.

Overall I’m very pleased with the results and would definitely recommend Fanattics to anyone dealing with attic insulation, ventilation issues, or ice damming.
