4 weeks in. Inspections passed, drywall complete and tape/mud finished including skimming ceilings that were previously stippled. All that in just a week. Prime Monday and Tuesday and flooring and stairs to start on Wednesday. Right now we are 2 weeks ahead of schedule. Thanks to my amazing trades. Starting to come together

Demo Day! Client was pleasantly surprised today. Found a large unused space behind the shower wall. She was thinking she was getting a 42”x42” shower and now, after relocating some plumbing and electrical and reconfiguring some walls she will have a 64”x42” glass shower. She said I made her day. Great way to start the week
