With over 20 years of experience in rubber surfacing and paving, Chris brings an incredible depth of knowledge, leadership, and hands-on expertise to our organization. From his early days as a concrete finisher in Alberta to becoming a nationally recognized installation trainer and industry leader, Chris has built a reputation for excellence—earning the nickname “Rubber King” along the way.

His career has spanned operations management, entrepreneurship, national training, and launching successful expansions across Western Canada, including Vancouver Island. Most recently, he has been supporting the next generation of companies as an installation specialist, consultant, and trainer.

Now, Chris will lead our strategic West Coast expansion, helping us grow our presence while continuing to deliver the industry-leading quality Rubaroc is known for.
