Main bathroom modernization. Staying with the same bathroom footprint, we discovered additional storage space to create an inset shelving unit. They also kept the bathtub (opposed to converting to a shower) as the client has a young family.

Needed to find a solution building this deck as we could not drill to set concrete footings due to the root system of the neighbouring trees and the customer wanted a deck close to the ground. The solution was to use Tuffblock, instant foundation blocks. This product "floats" the deck at a minimum of 7 1/2" above the ground. It was tedious and time consuming building the structure as you need to level each block. In the end the deck turned out great and was very sturdy. Needless to say the customer was very happy with the finish product even thought the cost of lumber was outrageous due to COVID.

From concept to completion. Took the dual closets in the master bedroom, removed the dividing wall, removed one entry door, installed vinyl plank flooring, ran some plumbing and viola....a functional use of the space. A laundry room with organized walk-in closet.

Mainfloor renovation - removed popcorn ceiling followed by drywall skim coat, painted walls/ceiling, manufacturered and installed faux barn beams, installed new potlighting. Installed / built fireplace accent wall, opened wall in the dining room and refinished flooring with Rubio Monocoat. Now just waiting for the TV and furniture to arrive.
