This award is much bigger than me. It belongs to my amazing team, our clients who trusted us with their vision, our partners, mentors, family, and everyone who has supported this journey.
Ten years ago, we started with a simple goal: deliver exceptional work and always do right by our clients. Since then, we've grown into an award-winning design-build company, completed millions of dollars in projects, and are now helping shape the future of housing through real estate development.
One of the achievements I'm most proud of isn't a building—it's seeing people around me grow. Watching a team member go from cleaning job sites to pursuing a Master's in Architecture reminds me that success is measured not only by what we build, but by the opportunities we create for others.
This recognition motivates me to dream even bigger. We're just getting started.
