Toilet Replacement – Scope of Work (Services available across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA)
What’s Included ?
- Purchase of a standard toilet from Home Depot (any model you select).
- Transportation of the toilet from Home Depot to your location.
- Installation with a new wax ring for a proper, leak-free seal.
- Replacement of the water supply line at no additional cost.
- Placing the old toilet at the curbside, if your municipal garbage service accepts toilets.
- Caulking around the toilet base for a clean finish and added stability.
What’s Not Included (Additional Costs If Needed)
- Toilet disposal.
- Curbside placement is free, but full disposal is not included.
If disposal is required, an additional fee will apply.
- Closet fl**ge adjustments.
If the fl**ge needs repair or adjustment after removing the old toilet, it will be an extra cost.
- You will be updated before any additional work is performed.
- Shut-off valve replacement.
- If the shutoff valve is faulty or leaking, replacement will be extra.
