This photo reminds me of a customer who once exclaimed, "Paying $225 to clear my shower is too steep! I'll buy a snake and handle it myself." He used more colorful language, but you get the gist. This is a Rona drain snake designed for tubs. Someone dropped it into the main sewer stack in their apartment, leading to a blockage, a flood, and a significant repair cost.
