This week, we're shining a spotlight on Andrew, our Sales Manager and a valued member of the Whispering Pines Landscaping team for the past 5 years!
Since joining WPL, Andrew has built a strong and driven Sales Team dedicated to delivering exceptional service and helping clients bring their outdoor visions to life. His leadership, enthusiasm, and commitment to excellence have helped shape the client experience we're proud to provide.
At home, Andrew stays busy with his wife and six children, making for a full and lively household. He also keeps the team entertained with his karaoke talents 🎤 and occasionally spoils us with delicious homemade baking 🍪.
When explaining his role at WPL to his young daughter, she summed it up perfectly: 💬 “He’s the billboard for Whispering Pines!” And honestly… we couldn’t have said it better ourselves.
One of Andrew's favourite parts of his role is helping both clients and team members succeed. He finds it especially rewarding to watch colleagues grow in confidence and achieve success in their careers.
His advice for new team members:
“Ask lots of questions. Work alongside different members of the team and learn from the years of experience we have in-house. Be someone who is consistent, reliable, and that others can count on.”
💬 What does Andrew love most about his role?
“I love that I have the opportunity to facilitate great things — whether it’s providing solutions for our clients, supporting our team in reaching their goals, or bringing new people into WPL. The contributions may seem small in the moment, but they can have a big impact. I’m so glad I said ‘yes’ to sales 26 years ago!”
