If you didnt know, the whole Robco team has helped keep things working as our man Marc has been out sick.
This weekend I have store duty and that's where the story starts!

A customer walked in to buy some pH+.
I asked 'are you sure? That's not usually something that pools need. Did you bring me a water sample? NO'
He then tells me he has been doing his own pool for a long time and just wants the pH+.
Me: No problem but we test water for free so if you ever come here, bring a sample
Him: ya ok, maybe

A half hour later he returns with the water sample.

Test shows high pH and super high alk. The pH+ would have totally messed his pool up.

You're welcome! Trust the water chemistry guy.

BIG APOLOGY

The pool store in Casselman was closed yesterday, June 4, as Marc was ill.
Unfortunately we had no prior warning and that resulted in the store being closed.
Emily will be in through the weekend to take care of your needs.

I'm feeling a little 'accomplished' today.
My friend and neighbor brought his robotic pool vacuum to me as it wasn't working.
Although I don't work on robotic vacs, I was able to troubleshoot it and order the parts.
With any luck, it will be back in service this afternoon!

Troubleshooting is something I love as it uses a logical approach.
