✨ One person’s garbage is another person’s treasure! ✨

This barstool was rescued from the Orrville Boutique (aka the dump) and given a whole new life.

A little imagination, some fresh fabric, and a bit of upholstery magic can uncover a real jewel hiding underneath the garbage!

This one was a personal project, but it was a fun reminder that sometimes the best pieces are the ones you least expect to find.

I’m fortunate to have some wonderful repeat customers, and I truly appreciate the trust they continue to place in me.

This chair is a perfect companion to the vintage farm couch I shared earlier. It’s the same age as the couch and, just like its matching piece, has been passed down through the family for generations.

I reupholstered the chair in the same fabric as the couch, giving the two pieces a beautiful, cohesive look while still preserving their character and history.

I absolutely love how they turned out together, and even better, they now have a fresh new look while continuing to be part of the family for generations to come!

I hope everyone has been having a safe and fun summer! ☀️ The shop has been keeping busy, and I wanted to share one of the latest projects I’ve had the pleasure of completing.

This vintage farm couch was brought to me by a customer who wanted to give a well-loved family piece a new life. It has been passed down through their family for multiple generations, so it was extra special to be part of its restoration.

I completely rebuilt and reupholstered the couch, and I’m so proud of how it turned out! You can really see its age and character in some of the progress photos. There’s something pretty special about taking an old piece with so much history and bringing it back to life for the next generation.

Just finished reupholstering this vintage wingback chair. It was a sentimental project for the customer, and she was very happy with the end result. The age of the chair really showed when I uncovered the horse hair/hay originally used as stuffing, and revealed the original seat springs that needed to be redone.
