We’re a busy and growing roofing company looking for a solid, experienced Shingle Roofing Crew Leader or full crew to join our team. If you know shingles inside and out, can lead a crew, and take pride in quality work, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Leading a crew on shingle roofing jobs (residential/commercial)
• Making sure work gets done right, on time, and safely
• Reading scopes, managing materials, and keeping the jobsite running smooth
• Helping out where needed and setting the pace for the crew
• Communicating with the office and the customer
• Training and supporting your crew so everyone levels up
What We’re Looking For:
• 3+ years of hands-on shingle roofing experience
• Leadership experience running a crew
• Good with tools, materials, and jobsite flow
• Dependable, safety-minded, and hard-working
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Someone who takes pride in doing the job right
