Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth office operations, providing administrative support to our team, and maintaining excellent client relations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling, filing, and correspondence.
• Handle incoming calls and emails, providing professional and courteous assistance to clients and vendors.
• Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and work orders.
• Maintain accurate records of projects, contracts, and financial transactions.
• Assist with payroll processing and employee time tracking.
• Coordinate with field teams to ensure timely completion of projects and communication of updates.
• Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Support project managers with documentation, permits, and scheduling as needed.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in office administration, preferably in construction or electrical contracting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and project management tools is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent
