Technology is most compelling when it helps us see more clearly, rather than merely asking to be seen.
These temporary structures of light allow missing or unfinished architecture to be experienced at full scale without pretending that the past can be reconstructed with complete certainty. They make absence visible — briefly, beautifully, and without permanently altering the original.
Not everything worthwhile must endure in material form. Sometimes the ephemeral can deepen our understanding of what remains.
