Cleaning the snow dump on a property, we will add soil and seed if the snow contractor doesn’t have that included in his contract.

This looks like old-fashioned illegal dumping on this property, either the snow company brought in snow from another site and dumped it on this one, or someone dumped during the winter. 3/4 gravel in a parking lot that doesn’t have any doesn’t make sense. We are going to charge extra for this, but it’s not worth what this site is doing to our schedule. We were supposed to start lawn cutting Monday, that might be delayed a day. Total nightmare at the end of the spring cleaning run, but we will survive 😂 just unexpected.
