• Quick reminder to all my clients and potential clients, Panorama will be taking two weeks off from January 15-31. During this time we will limit our response time from within 48hrs to every 4-5days.

• We can't wait to have another amazing year, 2022, our calender is quickly booking up! Thank you to all of our repeat and new clients and to all our family and friends for all the referrals!

Bathroom Renovation
Before and After, what do you think?

Here we:
• Demo'd the old bathroom to add new wiring and plumbing for heated towel rack and new shower tower
• Added new drywall, taped and mudded
• Began with the Chevron flooring
• We maintained the Chevron look with Herringbone sheets to complete the niche
• Tiled the walls with the Marble tile
• Added a new shower base, shower tower and sliding doors
• Built vanity and installed.
• Finishing touches- toilet, towel rack, vanity mirror and a touch of paint where required.

Panorama has been way behind on post so lets show you how we completed our 2021!

This client was selling their home, they just needed to add some extra value to the property, and they contacted us.

What we did-Semi finished their basement:
• Framed
• Drywalled
• Taped and Mudded
• New closet doors
• New Baseboard
• Added some much needed potlights
• Window casings to make those windows POP!

The new owners have already contacted us to fully finish when they're ready.

Happy Saturday! The final product of this living room and dining space.

Here we installed a beam to support the floor above. This allowed for these customers to have their open concept dream!
Got some electrical work completed for new pot lights.
Drywalled
New floor installation with trim
Their living area got upgraded with an electric fireplace, tile and custom shelving. Lastly painted to complete the look.

On that note project management is very important to maintain deadlines, however sometimes custom pieces(tile, countertops..etc) delay projects, so it's always important to maintain an open communication with clients to ensure they are ok with their choices or if they require to choose an alternative to meet their deadlines.
