✨Project Completion: OCDSB – Dunlop Public School Renovations

We’re proud to announce the successful completion of the Dunlop Public School Renovations for the Ottawa-Carleton District School Board (OCDSB).

Completed in multiple phases within an active school environment, this project transformed existing open classrooms into fully enclosed learning spaces while maintaining a safe and functional environment for students, staff, and faculty throughout construction.

✅ Phase 1 Completed: February 2026
✅ Phase 2 Completed: May 2026

Working within an occupied school required detailed planning, coordination, and flexibility from all teams involved. Key project priorities included:
✔️ Minimizing disruptions during school hours
✔️ Maintaining strict safety and abatement protocols
✔️ Coordinating closely with school administration and OCDSB representatives
✔️ Delivering quality learning environments on schedule

A special recognition to Project Manager Owen Hilts and Site Supervisor Guy Laurin for their leadership, coordination, and dedication throughout the project. Their commitment played a key role in the successful delivery of this renovation in a live learning environment.

We’re excited to share that our interior office fit-up project for the of Casselman Town Hall is now substantially complete, with the client beginning their move-in! 🏛️✨

This 5,100 SF space has been thoughtfully transformed to better serve the community with improved functionality, accessibility, and comfort. From concept to completion, it’s been a rewarding journey, and one we’re incredibly proud to have been part of.

The finished space features:
• Modern offices and a fully outfitted council chamber
• A new kitchenette, washrooms, and a barrier-free washroom
• Upgraded RTUs with new air distribution and associated gas work
• Structural reinforcements to support the enhanced layout
• High-quality finishes including LVT, sheet vinyl, and ceramic tile
• A glassed-in reception area, custom millwork, and a council chamber desk
• Acoustic baffles and abundant natural light throughout

A big thank you to the Municipality of Casselman, PRTY, EXP, and all our dedicated subtrade partners for their collaboration and commitment in bringing this project to life. Special recognition to our Project Manager, Basil Richardson, and Site Superintendent, Marcel Zandbelt, for their leadership and dedication throughout the project.

🚧 Project Kick-Off Update | OCDSB – Dunlop Public School Renovations 🚧

We’re excited to share a project update on the Dunlop Public School Renovations for the Ottawa-Carleton District School Board (OCDSB).

This multi-phase project involves renovations to existing open classrooms within an occupied school, converting them into closed classrooms, while ensuring the safety, comfort, and continuity of learning for students and staff.

🔹 Phase 1
• Started: September/2025
• Completed: February 20, 2026

🔹 Phase 2
• Scheduled for completion: May 2026

Given the active school environment, special attention is being paid to:
✔️ Noise and disruption management during school hours
✔️ Strict abatement and safety protocols
✔️ Close coordination with school administration and OCDSB personnel

🚧 Project Kickoff: Government of Canada Office Fit-Up 🚧

We’re excited to officially kick off a new office fit-up for Government of Canada, encompassing approximately 60,000 sq. ft. across three floors.

With demo and abatement now complete, construction is well underway. Framing has begun on the first floor, while another is moving into mechanical, electrical, and plumbing rough-ins.

This project demands a high level of coordination, precision, and collaboration to meet a tight timeline, and we’re fortunate to be working alongside skilled trade partners who are up to the challenge.

We’re proud to share the successful completion of the OC Transpo Generator Replacement Project, which involved replacing two standby generators at the Greenboro and South Keys transit stations.
With both stations operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, this project required careful planning, precise coordination, and a strong focus on maintaining uninterrupted public service.

Shoutout to Project Manager Fabio Marrello, whose direction and commitment played a vital role in achieving this milestone.

We successfully delivered a full interior fit-up for a brand-new 8 Opt Dental Clinic for the in an occupied building.

Scope of Work:
- Demolition of existing partitions and floor finishes
- New drywall partitions (lead-lined) & ceilings
- Flooring, paint, wall coverings, and specialized artwork
- Custom millwork and storefront glazing
- Indoor air handling unit with rooftop condenser, ductwork, and BAS integration
- Sprinklers, plumbing, electrical, lighting, and security upgrades
- Structural steel to support ceiling & equipment

✅ Key Highlights:
- All work completed in a dust-free environment, ensuring minimal disruption to building operations and tenants
- Public and staff safety maintained at every stage
- Project substantially completed on March 17, 2025, ahead of the revised schedule

Excited to announce our new interior office fit-up project for a municipal Town Hall — a 5,100 SF space that will soon serve the community with updated functionality and comfort. 🏛️✨

The scope includes:
• New offices and a council chamber
• Kitchenette, washrooms, and a barrier-free washroom
• New RTUs with associated gas work and upgraded air distribution
• Structural reinforcement
• Decorative millwork, acoustic baffles, and extensive new flooring

We’re still in the early stages of construction, with completion targeted for the end of February. Adding to the challenge —and the fun—we’re carrying out this work directly above a live radio station 📻, coordinating carefully to keep operations uninterrupted.

Proud to be collaborating with the Municipality of Casselman, PRTY, EXP, and all of our valued subtrade partners on this meaningful project.
