Started the season with this little Steel project, Ideal America-Cana panels on the roof with new Fascia and Soffit also.

Finally posting one of my favourite projects from last season!
This home’s roof was leaking and the homeowners wanted a ‘forever’ solution.
We removed all the old plywood, improved the airflow in the attic and topped up the insulation, installed new plywood decking and premium Ice and Water shield on the whole roof.
Finished off with 15” Snaplock steel panels from Burke’s Sheet Metal and a state of the art ventilation system from .
This roof won’t need replacing for 40+ years, you can’t say that about any Asphalt solution!
