It’s a busy week for our team! We are also working at 1065 Ramsey Cres. in Ottawa’s west end replacing a section of concrete floor in the building’s disposal room. Once that’s done we’ll be installing PUMA system which is a heavy duty membrane designed for high traffic areas.

Our team is on site this week at 215 Nepean St. The client called us with some leaks from the podium of their parking garage. We opened up the soffit to review the issues and the affected drain pipes, then insulation, and vapour barrier were repaired / replaced. Next, soffit cladding was reinstated with a textured finish to match existing conditions.
