40 years, set in stone.

We gathered with our UQ team, dealers, clients, suppliers, partners and friends to celebrate four decades of Urban Quarry and the people who have helped shape our story along the way.

From great conversations and cocktails to the inaugural Set in Stone Dealer Awards, it was a night filled with celebration, recognition and plenty of memories.

Thank you to everyone who has been part of the journey and helped make these 40 years possible.

Here’s to the next 40!

Making space for the conversations that matter.

Earlier this month, Mireille and Chantel joined Ottawa Construction Association Women in Construction for Unwind & Rebuild, an evening focused on mental wellness, resilience, and supporting women across the construction industry.

Thank you to OCA-WIC for creating space for important conversations and bringing the industry together.

After 12 years with Urban Quarry, we’re celebrating Teo as he begins his next chapter. ❤️

Over the years, Teo has been an important part of our team, contributing his skills, experience, and plenty of memories along the way.

While we’re certainly going to miss having him around the shop, we’re grateful for the 12 years he spent as part of the UQ team and the impact he made along the way.

Thank you, Teo, for everything. We’re wishing you all the best!

Team UQ was proud to take part in TRUEdotDESIGN Fore-Play Golf Tournament again this year, and we were even happier to keep the rosé flowing as the event’s Rosé Cart Sponsor.

It was a great day connecting with friends and partners across Ottawa’s real estate, design, and construction community, all while supporting a great cause.

Thanks to the TRUEdotDESIGN team for putting together such a fun event!

We’re honoured to share that Urban Quarry has been named a finalist across 12 projects at the 2026 Greater Ottawa Home Builders' Association Housing Design Awards!

It’s always exciting to see the work of Ottawa’s builders, designers, renovators, and industry partners recognized, and we’re proud to have our work represented among this year’s finalists.

A big thank you to the talented teams and partners we’ve had the opportunity to collaborate with on these projects. We’re looking forward to celebrating everyone’s achievements at the Gala on November 7, 2026!

A reliable choice for high-performance spaces.

Quartz continues to be a preferred surface due to its durability, non-porous composition, and consistent finish.

Its low maintenance requirements and wide range of design options make it a practical solution for kitchens, bathrooms, and high-traffic environments where both performance and aesthetics matter.

Warm tones, natural texture, and plenty of personality come together in this Japandi-inspired kitchen by RENOVOTTAWA.

The Taj Mahal natural stone countertops, fabricated by Urban Quarry, bring beautiful movement and depth to the space while complementing the white oak cabinetry, Raintree Green accents, and scalloped wood details.
