Lagois Design Build Renovate

For over 30 years, Lagois has been designing custom homes and renovations that enrich lives and provide efficient and healthy homes for Ottawa homeowners.

Lagois Design Build Renovate has been crafting high-quality renovations, additions, and custom homes in the Ottawa area since 1984, helping homeowners Perfect the Art of Living. Recently, Herb Lagois decided to combine his dual expertise in both design and construction to ensure that his client’s dream homes were also being built to the highest standards, with impeccable attention to detail, while providing outstanding client service from start to finish. And now, Lagois is a design build firm, offering both design and construction services as a package. Our experienced design team works closely with clients to help them visualize a customized solution. Aesthetic preferences, special requests and long-term planning are all incorporated. Our depth of experience allows us to anticipate challenges before they become problems. We transform tired spaces and create new ones that maximize beauty and utility. Take a look at this beautiful Mississippi River project and hear what Jacob has to say about the philosophy behind Perfecting the Art of Living. 🤍

For us, building a home has never just been about building a house. It’s about understanding how people live and creating spaces that feel personal, thoughtful, and designed around what matters most to them.

That’s what Perfecting the Art of Living means to us.
