Hardscape Ottawa is looking for a Lead Hand.

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work and can confidently install patios, retaining walls, steps, pools, and other outdoor living projects alongside the crew.

What we offer:
• $30-$35/hr based on experience
• Consistent full-time, year-round work
• Modern equipment and tools
• High-end projects you’ll actually be proud to put your name on
• A crew that cares about doing things right

This is a hands-on position. You’ll spend your days building projects and operating machinery not just pushing wheelbarrows and shoveling.

Valid driver’s licence and industry experience required.
