Van Courtland Blue cabinetry with a Cappuccino glaze finish strikes a balance between cool and warm, while hand-carved wood detailing, antique glass, and Queen Anne legs speak to a tradition of craftsmanship that goes well beyond the surface. The Parisien Bleu quartz countertop ties the palette together with cool, understated elegance.

Last week, members of Laurysen's design team were invited to tour HanStone's manufacturing facility in London, Ontario, for a behind-the-scenes look at how HanStone quartz is engineered and produced right here in Canada.

Beyond the impressive scale of the operation, the visit provided valuable opportunities to deepen product knowledge, exchange ideas, connect with industry partners, and ultimately help us better serve our clients.

A huge thank you to Lorin Russell, the entire team at HanStone Canada, and Urban Quarry for your generous hospitality and for an unforgettable two days.

⛳ Sunshine, blue skies, and lots of fun!

Bill Laurysen, Caroline Castrucci, Michael Laurysen, and Kristen Weese hit the links last Thursday at the 2026 GOHBA & Harding Home Comfort Centre Spring Golf Tournament held at Meadows Golf & Country Club.

It was a great day connecting with members of Ottawa's home building and renovation community.

Thank you to Greater Ottawa Home Builders' Association, Harding Home Comfort Centre, and The Meadows Golf & Country Club for hosting such a beautiful day on the course.

✨ Same footprint. New cabinetry. Completely different kitchen.

This space was transformed with floor-to-ceiling Laurysen Kitchens cabinetry. The layout, island, flooring, and appliances all remain the same, but the kitchen feels much larger, brighter, and far more functional.

Proof that great design combined with custom cabinetry can transform a space without adding a single square foot.
