New flooring after a flood from a burst pipe ✨

This basement renovation was a full transformation after a flood that destroyed the laminate flooring. We installed almost 2,000 sq ft of durable wood-look tile, perfect for basements, and completely transformed the space from the ground up.

We completed the entire lower-level of this home with a theatre complete with soundproof panelling (and a secret room 👀), an IKEA kitchen install, custom wood trim, finished walls, ceiling panels with pot lights, a bar divider with seating, a playroom, a bedroom and a full bathroom with shower.

A huge upgrade in both function and comfort—and built to last.

Such an incredible way to celebrate the year 🎄✨

This past weekend we gathered to celebrate a productive year with a team that truly feels more like family. From laughter to great food to dancing the night away, it was one for the books.

We kicked things off with a delicious dinner at Fratelli Kanata — year after year, their outstanding service and incredible food never disappoint. From there, we headed to The Crazy Horse Stonegrill Steakhouse & Saloon, where we were welcomed with fantastic service and live music by The Riley New Band, keeping the dance floor full all night long 💃🕺

To top it all off, we stayed at the Holiday Inn Kanata, enjoying beautiful rooms and a lovely, comfortable stay.

We’re so grateful for this hardworking, dedicated crew and everything they bring to the table each day. Cheers to a great year behind us and an even better one ahead! 🥂

This heritage project was a true honour to work on. Every detail was approached with intention, precision, and deep respect for the building’s history.

▫️ Custom copper gutters, designed to develop a rich, natural patina over time to match the existing eaves
▫️ Slate shingle repairs, meticulously restored to preserve the original character of the roof
▫️ Over 2,500 feet of Heat-Line self-regulating Paladin heat trace cables, integrated along the eaves, valleys and gutters for performance without compromise

Projects of this calibre require more than skill — they demand careful planning, extensive collaboration with the client and the city’s heritage committee, and a genuine passion for the craft, supported by great suppliers.
