Eight years ago, Capital Framers started with a nail gun, a tight crew, and a simple idea: raise the bar.
We named the company after the people doing the work โ the framers. The ones who show up every day and make sure things are square, plumb, and level.
Since then, weโve grown. Weโve taken on bigger projects, brought in new people, and built a reputation weโre proud of. But weโre still doing what we set out to do: build it right, and build it with good people.
As the company grows, so does the responsibility. You donโt grow by doing everything yourself โ you grow by putting the right people in place and trusting them to lead.
Today, Iโm proud to recognize three of those people:
Roberto Meledoro โ Workforce Operations Manager
Robโs got 20+ years in the trade and knows how to keep a site moving. Heโll be leading our workforce strategy and trade partnerships โ making sure our jobs run right and our teams stay strong.
Ahmad Saad โ Health and Safety Manager
Ahmadโs been with us the longest. Heโs a volunteer firefighter, a trusted voice on every crew, and someone people look to when things get tough. Heโll be leading our safety culture across every site.
Chase Lascelle โ Youth Integration Lead
Chase is working directly with co-op students and younger crew members โ helping them get started in the trades and showing them this is a real career with real opportunity.
Weโre not just framing houses anymore.
Weโre building leaders.
Weโre building the future of the trades.
We are Ottawaโs Framing Authority.
