Working on some new decorative cedar planters 🌿

This little house planter is one of the newest designs coming out of the workshop — handcrafted from cedar and made to bring a bit of warmth and character into any space, indoors or out.

I’ll be sharing more designs soon, but for now this one is heading up first.

Mother’s Day orders are open and everything is made by hand, one piece at a time.

Handmade in Ottawa using solid, 100% cedar, built to be sturdy, functional, and made to last for years outdoors. Perfect for growing herbs, vegetables, strawberries, or flowers in a small footprint space.

🌲 Paddle Refinishing Workshop🌲

Have an old paddle that’s looking worn, faded, or forgotten? Come turn it into something you’re proud to display (or use again).

I’m offering small, hands-on paddle refinishing workshops from my home workshop - designed to be relaxed, creative, and beginner-friendly.

✨ What You’ll Do
- Learn how to properly sand and prep your paddle
- Apply a beautiful finish (oil or varnish options)
- Leave with the skills to refinish future pieces

🛠️ Workshop Options
Option 1: 2-Part Workshop (Best Results & Fully Guided) – $145
Session 1: Sanding + first coat
Session 2: Final coats + finishing
👉 Ideal if you want a beautiful, long-lasting finish with full guidance
👉 Session 2 will be scheduled with your group after booking

Option 2: Workshop + I Finish It – $120
Attend the first session (sanding + first coat)
I complete the remaining coats for you
Pickup your finished paddle ~1–2 weeks later

- Small groups (4–6 people max for a more 1:1 experience)
- All materials included (please bring your old paddle!)
- No experience needed
- Located in Ottawa (exact location shared upon booking)

I built this picnic table earlier this summer, and the kids have quickly claimed it as their own.

From snacks and crafts to catch-your-breath breaks between trampoline sessions, it’s their go-to spot.

I love seeing how proud they are of the workshop, and how many new project requests I’ve gotten since building it!

"Mom, the play kitchen at school is broken. You can build us a new one in the workshop, right!?" 😅

It was a nerve-wracking moment as I watched sparks fly while engraving the word ‘HELLO’ on this coco coir mat using my Xtool P2 laser. But totally worth it—the results are AWESOME! 🔥🪵
