Making a statement from the street view. Modern design details that elevate the whole build—from the crisp contrast of the black framing against the wood panels to those clean structural lines.

This build features our Metra line of windows—a full aluminum system fitted with triple-glazed glass units—completed with an oversized black fiberglass front door featuring a wood grain. Where high-end performance meets ultimate comfort.

Swapping out the battered, oversprayed temp doors for the main event. 🚪✨

This is what we call our VIP process—holding onto the final steel-cladded slabs (painted in sleek slate) and window screens until the dust of new construction finally settles and the site super gives the green light. Total transformation.
