Was up on this roof today doing some repair work after work , on the back flat roof that wasn’t done when we did the shingled part around 10 years ago or more ,The shingled area is looking great, like it was done yesterday. I could see about five other roofs, we did from 20 years ago to 10 years ago , All still holding up well , which is always nice to see. Another Certainteed PRO shingle roof , the colour is Max Def Colonial Slate , lots of wood replaced on this job , other than that it was a nice easy one to do over the call home music festival weekend🎸🥁☀️🔨🏠💪

In Paris this month for a couple of jobs. This one was done with Certainteed PRO shingles. The colour is Colonial slate, all black accessories including-metal vents, drip edge, pipe flashings and bathroom vent. This job had four different spots that needed to be replaced on the decking as well as three vent holes needed to be filled in, and two new ones cut out , as the vents were in line with each other and that doesn’t work, they need to be staggered, so the wind does not blow through one and out the other, we also cut all 5 holes 4 times the size , Cut in a bathroom vent for the new inside work getting done. Other than that, gravy on to the next one 🔨🏠💪☀️

CertainTeed Landmark PRO shingles are 25% more expensive than most of the other brands we sell, well worth it if it's in your renovation budget. The colour is Burnt Sienna. This was a warm one ☀️💪🔨🏠. We offer free estimates; feel free to like and share my post 🙂

Replaced 200ft of plastic trough with white Royal aluminum 5-inch seamless trough and 3x3 inch Downpipe on the entire house today, before the rain. We use quality bracket/screw combo hangers and good gutter seal, which I've used for the last decade, thanks to my friend Dwain's recommendation. Free estimates, as always; feel free to share 🙂

Replaced 20 feet of the custom fascia metal that a homeowner down the street from our job was missing; also screwed down any loose metal and recaulked what we could of the aluminum metal that was installed in 1985. We offer free estimates on repairs at a fair price. #2263885850 call or text thanks
