Kentel Construction is growing, and we’re looking to add carpenters to our team.

We do a mix of residential builds, renovations, and custom carpentry throughout the Whistler and Pemberton region.

We’re looking for people who care about quality, fit well with a tight crew, can be trusted to work independently, and want to keep getting better at their trade.

For the right person, there’s room to take on more responsibility over time — whether that’s leading jobs or eventually moving into a project management role.

Our goal is to keep our jobs organized, communicate clearly, and give everyone on site the space to do their work.

A few things we offer

-$40–$50/hour for qualified carpenters, based on experience
-Paid training
-$1,000 annual tool allowance
-Referral bonuses
-3 weeks paid vacation
-Mileage reimbursement when using your own vehicle for work
