Meet Brodey, who leads our in-house drafting.

Brodey brings a background in carpentry to her work, which means every set of plans is created with a clear understanding of how things are actually built on site. That practical experience carries through every stage of the project.

Having drafting in-house allows us to connect design and construction from the very beginning. It creates a more streamlined process, keeps communication consistent, and helps reduce surprises once the build is underway.

The planning, design, and permitting phases can take anywhere from 6 months to a year, depending on the project. For renovations, the permit process alone can take anywhere from 3 weeks to 3 months.

Getting started early helps set you up for a smoother build when the time comes.

We have been spending more time on the Sunshine Coast, and it continues to feel like a natural fit for our work.

While we are still based in Pemberton, we have a team in place to support projects on the Sunshine Coast and are working toward a longer-term presence there.
