How do you choose the right exterior colour for a home? It’s a big decision!
For this North Frontenac waterfront project, we created three exterior colour and finish renderings to help our clients visualize different options for their renovated home and new three-bay garage.
They ultimately chose a warm, earthy gray-beige exterior, retained their existing cedar shakes, and selected a steel shingle roof—creating a natural, understated look that complements the waterfront setting.
The project also includes a major home addition with an expanded primary bedroom and ensuite, reconfigured kitchen, improved storage, two home offices, and a new washroom and entry area.
The new garage features space for their travel trailer, storage and workshop areas, plus a second-storey loft with a games room, exercise area, powder room, and waterfront-facing balcony.
A thoughtful combination of function, lifestyle, and connection to the landscape.
